Rental Agreement
Temporary use only. Ownership stays with DreamnClick.
By renting any camera or equipment, the customer agrees to all terms stated below. The rental is a temporary use agreement only. Ownership remains with the owner at all times.
ID & Deposit
Valid Emirates ID or Passport required. Deposit refunded after inspection.

Equipment Condition
Inspect gear at pickup. Report issues immediately.

Damage, Loss & Theft
Full responsibility during rental period.
The renter is fully responsible for any damage. Minor = repair cost. Major = full repair or replacement. Lost or stolen = full market replacement value charged.
Payments
Full payment before pickup. Deposit separate and refundable.
Full payment must be made before or at pickup. Deposit is separate and refundable after inspection. No refunds once rental has started.
Cancellation
Notice-dependent. Last-minute cancellations may be charged.
